The Harmony of Design Between Sea and Sustainability

Designed to blend seamlessly into the Abu Dhabi landscape, this residential and commercial complex stretches 400 meters along the coastline, offering over 1,000 housing units with breathtaking sea views.

Micro-Housing

The Modular Micro-Housing project in Yellowknife proposes self-sufficient dwellings designed to withstand extreme climates, drawing inspiration from Russian barrel houses and technologies tested in Siberia. The cylindrical structures ensure thermal insulation, aerodynamic resistance, and internal air circulation, adapting seamlessly to Arctic weather conditions.

The architecture utilizes energy-efficient materials and advanced systems, such as flexible solar panels, geothermal heating, and centralized ventilation, minimizing heat loss.

Beyond their functionality, these dwellings encourage the creation of micro-communities that share resources and common spaces, fostering a strong sense of community. The modularity of the project allows for rapid construction adaptable to various types of terrain, taking inspiration from Indigenous traditions for a perfect integration with the natural environment.

Urban Redevelopment Freedom Square Kharkiv, Ukraine

Our design proposal aims to elevate Freedom Square to a new level of vitality and inclusivity. Through a skillful combination of green spaces, equipped play areas, dedicated study zones, and spaces for physical activity, we intend to create a multifunctional place that meets the diverse needs of the community—a place where generations meet, knowledge spreads, and civic spirit thrives.

The safety and well-being of our citizens are at the core of our priorities. By closing Svobody Square to traffic, we have created a safer and more welcoming environment for pedestrians and cyclists, promoting sustainable mobility and enhancing the quality of life in the city center.
